Copper Bottom Pan Cleaner

I discovered quite by accident that barbeque sauce makes an excellent copper bottom pan cleaner. I made pulled pork the other day and some sauce dripped down the side of the pan and when I washed it off the spot where it had dripped on my copper bottom pan was sparkling clean, I think cleaner than when it was new. I have some pans that my grandmother used probably 30 or 40 years ago and I can’t wait to get them clean again with bbq sauce. My grandma always cleaned them after every use before she hung them up on a hook in the kitchen, I always hide them because they look so bad, but not anymore!
So to clean your copper bottom pans just spread some bbq sauce on them and just let it sit, you will see it working and when it has it all nice and clean just wash and dry the pan and taa daa!
